The brief

SFS, drylining and spray plastering packages for a 1,200-bed, 7-block purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Exeter.

What we did

Our teams installed the SFS (steel framing systems), carried out the drylining and applied the spray plaster finishes.

The result

1,200 beds across 7 blocks, with all three packages handed over on programme, ready for decoration and the following trades.
